That is expected, and RocketGT is the more accurate one.
Motorcycle and car speedometers are legally required never to read low, so manufacturers build in an over-read of roughly 5 to 10 percent. Your dash showing 97 while RocketGT shows 90 is the two instruments working correctly, not a fault.
Open Settings, find RocketGT, and check that Location is set to Always. With While Using, iOS suspends the app once your phone is in a pocket and the ride stops with it.
Live Activities can be switched off per app. Check Settings, then RocketGT, then Live Activities. They also need iOS 16.2 or later.
Heart rate comes from a workout session, which needs Health permission on the Watch itself. Open RocketGT on the Watch and allow Health when asked. The ride display works without it.
Safety tab, then Erase all my data. It is immediate and permanent. There is no copy on a server, because there is no server.
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
